The Refer and Earn program covers property listings (and, where offered, builder projects) with an active referral agreement on OneCasa. You can also submit introductions for interiors, custom builder, and other home services; those are handled as service leads and follow that service line's rules and any active offer.
You must have a valid OneCasa account and provide accurate information when submitting a referral. You may indicate whether the lead is for yourself, a friend, or a relative. Fraudulent, duplicate, or spam leads may be rejected and can result in suspension from the program.
Reward type and amount follow the active referral agreement for that listing (for example fixed amount, percentage of price, caps, and minimum deal value). Estimates shown on the site are indicative only. Final eligibility is confirmed when the referral case is successfully completed under internal rules and any required verifications.
When your referral is accepted, you receive a referral case identifier and updates by email and/or in-app notifications. Review status anytime from Referral progress in your account.
To protect service quality, the number of simultaneous open referral cases per user may be limited. Referrals are timestamped; conflicting claims for the same lead are resolved according to internal policy and agreement terms.
Contact details you submit are used to operate the referral pipeline, including sharing with the listing owner or builder where required to progress the deal. See our Privacy Policy for broader data practices.
OneCasa may update these program terms or discontinue the program with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use of Refer and Earn after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
